For some reason this post really irritates me, probably because even in the initial posting of all the ‘stereotypes’ you repeated things two or three times, but worded differently.

Also some of these things are causes and effects. Not steyrotypes. Like “I made mistakes, so I can’t be trusted.”

Well fuck, it depends on what you did. Let’s say you cheated on me. How the hell am I supposed to trust you? Or maybe you stabbed me in the back, or you stole something. That’s not a steyrotype.

stereotypes are buggy. you kinda have to show them in layers, first if it isn’t something supported by a statistical correlation, then it is a terrible assumption and shows that the one making it is uneducated. statistical correlation would mean that there is a high chance that you being X and Y if you are clearly X, so they can’t simply be dismissed to stupidity. indirect and reverse causality are almost always the effects oppression but beyond that where does stereotype end and truth begin. or are you willing to say that all knowledge is assumption?
